All quotations issued by Propshaft Master are valid for a limited period as specified on the quotation. Orders are only confirmed once accepted by Propshaft Master. Propshaft Master reserves the right to decline or cancel any order due to technical limitations, availability, or other operational reasons.

All pricing is subject to change without prior notice unless confirmed in writing. Payment terms will be specified on the invoice or quotation. Propshafts and allied components remain the property of Propshaft Master until payment is received in full.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on scope and availability. Propshaft Master will not be liable for delays caused by factors beyond its control. Risk transfers to the client once goods are collected, delivered, or handed to a courier.

Warranty terms are provided separately and apply subject to correct installation, application, and maintenance. Propshaft Master reserves the right to inspect any claimed warranty items before approval. Warranty does not include labour, transport, downtime, or consequential damages unless otherwise agreed in writing.

The client is responsible for providing accurate specifications, measurements, and application details. Propshaft Master will not be liable for issues resulting from incorrect information, improper installation, or use outside intended operating conditions.

Propshaft Master shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of production, downtime, transport costs, or accommodation costs. Liability, where applicable, will not exceed the original invoice value of the product or service supplied.

Returns must be authorised by Propshaft Master prior to shipment. Items returned for inspection must not be altered or tampered with. Propshaft Master reserves the right to determine whether repair, replacement, or rejection applies.
